Paul’s first role within the industry was at 16 as a lifeguard on an independent holiday park in Weymouth. He didn’t know it at the time but that part-time job was to change the path his career and life would take. His most recent role was as Vice President – Portfolio of Awaze, the world’s largest Vacation Rentals Management Company with responsibility for Hoseasons – a business that sells over 1 million holidays a year and features over 29k units of accommodation.

In between Paul has led Parks both large and small, independently owned and private equity backed, and has a remarkable track record of success with multiple awards to his name. In 2020 he fulfilled a lifelong ambition to live and work abroad when he and his family moved to Barbados where Paul worked as Director of Overseas Development at the world-renowned Royal Westmoreland resort.

As part of his role with Hoseasons he has built personal relationships across the breadth of the market from park operators and owners to suppliers and manufacturers. He has personally visited over 250 parks in the UK and is a self-confessed ‘holiday park geek’ who loves innovation.
