With an award-winning track record of excellence during his time at Haven Leisure, Jim ran some of the most sought-after Sales operations in the UK before starting his first business in 2006, operating Holiday Home Sales across a multitude of Parks within the South West.
After eventually selling his shares to his business partner, Jim went on to be the Sales & Marketing Director at Haulfryn Group, resulting in significant profit growth for the company, generating an EBITDA increase of over 60% – a tough task during the height of the recession.
With substantiated success as a leisure industry specialist, Jim has become the go-to leader for any Holiday Park looking to improve their Sales operations – and over the past 6 years has built a second business assisting independent Parks with their Sales & Marketing strategies to help them reach the same levels of performance.
